How quickly can you start on a project? +
For most projects, we can begin within 1–2 weeks of contract signing. For urgent timelines, reach out directly and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Do you work with clients outside Indonesia? +
Yes. We have clients across Southeast Asia, Australia, and the Middle East. All work is managed remotely via Slack, Notion, and regular video calls. Time zone differences have never been a barrier.
What’s the minimum project size you work with? +
We take on projects from $500 (small automations) to $100,000+ (enterprise transformations). Our AI agent starter plan begins at $299/month. We’re flexible on scope — just tell us your budget and we’ll propose something that fits.
Is our data safe when you build our automation? +
Absolutely. We sign NDAs before any project begins. All credentials and data are handled securely — we use environment variables, never hardcode credentials, and follow security best practices on every integration. We can also deploy on your own infrastructure if needed.
